90’s R&B super group En Vogue is facing a hefty lawsuit from a former label for a failed comeback album back in 2010.
The Daily Mail says that Rufftown Entertainment is reportedly suing En Vogue after the R&B girl group bailed and signed with another label.
According to TMZ – owner René Moore fronted original members Terry Ellis, 51, Cindy Herron, 53, and Maxine Jones, 53, around $190K to reunite back in 2010.
After the comeback fizzled, Ellis and Herron replaced Jones with Rhona Bennett, 38, and they signed with Pyramid Records last year.
