Andre 3000’s Trailer for Hendrix Biopic ‘Jimi’

Remember that Jimi Hendrix movie starring Outkast’s Andre 3000 that was supposed to be coming out? The Hendrix family denied any rights for the movie to play any of Hendrix’s original music, so many fans questioned it’s authenticity as actual biopic. Well it appears that will not slow down the film’s release judging from the new trailer that just hit the internet recently. “Jimi” is written and directed by John Ridley, who won the Oscar this year for penning “12 Years a Slave.” The movie opens Sept. 26.
